Ghost of Tsushima is harder than Sekiro, if you set GOT difficulty to max and do not use any upgrades. Sekiro you can cheese most of boss fights in game. Enemy patterns become predictable.
Should I get Sekiro or Ghost of Tsushima on Reddit?
if you like souls games and want another (arguably the best) with streamlined combat, go sekiro. if you want to fulfill that samurai Kurosawa fantasy, I say ghost. They're both very different games so you should be able to make the right decision based on what you want.

This is the answer. If you like Ghost of Tsushima, the Horizon games are a must play. More long range combat than GoT's heavily melee based gameplay but they're very similar. Horizon: Zero Dawn is arguably better than GoT, especially in terms of the storyline.
Is Elden Ring harder than Sekiro?
I don't know, I beat Elden Ring, all the tough bosses too and I personally find it harder than Sekiro but it's also Sekiro's defensive style combat that is so enjoyable to me meaning deflecting, parrying etc that I try to emulate it in other games too.
