The final Record of Iki is appropriately in Senjo Gorge, specifically the house under the pink tree where Jin saw his father killed. Getting here is not intuitive: you should do so either via the local Archery Challenge in the South-East, the Hot Spring in the middle, or the start of the gorge to the North.
