Following the death of Jin's second horse during "Honor and Ash," he receives a temporary Thin Brown horse with a patchy coat. In "Heart of the Jito," Jin is given a new permanent horse with the new name option of Kaze (Wind), alongside the two other name options the player didn't choose previously.
What does ng+ add to Ghost of Tsushima?
It allows the player to re-embark on Jin's Journey with all of the Techniques, Gear and Vanity items obtained in a previous playthrough, with the difficulty increased to provide a new challenge, noted by Easy +, Medium +, Hard +, and Lethal + (though the difficulty is still adjustable in the menu).
