Playstation Network Status

Check the PSN status page. Make sure your Wi-Fi is working with other devices. If you're experiencing Wi-Fi issues, contact your network Internet Service Provider (ISP) for further support. If you can't get connected, please check whether you have the correct network settings configured. Restart your PlayStation®5 console, connect to the internet using a wired connection if you can, and configure the network settings again. On PS4, open Settings and select Network > View Status of PlayStation Network Services.
